The Passport Scholars Foundation merged with the College Access Center in August 2005. The College Access Center is a
non-profit public charity that promotes college going for low income, first generation and miniority public high school students. The Passport Scholars is a program of the
College Access Center that affords low income girls the opportunity to experience outstanding summer programs, form relationships with dedicated mentors and receive professional college counseling.
